A series of 9 live meditations with a small time dedicated to questions and answers.

This is not a sharing circle. Our focus will be on the energetic work of the heart and soul and the transmission of spiritual energy.

You are welcome to come to as little or as many of the sessions as you like, you can join anonymously or not. You will not be expected to speak or interact. This is time dedicated to presence and you will be guided during each sessions without being expected to share.
