Sometimes as I am sure that you know, there are moments that feel graced with a particular timing that could not have bene created by anything other than the hand that holds us.

This is such a moment.

I am deeply grateful and joyously excited to share with you that I will be travelling to Italy with the wonderful team at Balance Holidays to create a magical, awe inspiring and life changing experience.

This is the first time that I will be live with a group in a long, long time.

And the moment has come.

In the deepest and most luxurious surroundings, we will be held by the land and taken on a journey of a lifetime. With the morning spent trekking and exploring the exquisite landscape, time for the sea and the pool and rest in the afternoon and each day I will be guiding a very special group gathering, centred around the awakening of the heart, mind, spirit and soul.

From the instance this collaboration appeared in my life, I knew it felt right. The heart began to sing.

I know it will not be possible for everyone to join me and I have reflected deeply upon this but if you are able, and if it is possible, you will be carried so very beautifully into the transformative landscape and nature of not only this sacred place but your own sacred being.
