I wonder if it is possible to be seduced by a place? For it to know what you want to see and experience and to reveal it to you in such a way that your heart knows that it is intimate, that it has been laid out for you, that it touches you, that it knows you?
The Amalfi has a romance about it. A true beauty. Next May we return again. This time the lemons will be ripe and in full bloom. The flowers will be singing and the water will be sparkling with a very early summer fragrance. I have not seen it like this. I have seen it in the Autumn, when nature is still abundant but perhaps beginning to settle.
I cannot believe that we are able to return. Balance Holidays creates something that cannot be expressed in words. There is integrity and classic beauty combined with an intellectual landscape that encompasses incredible food, design, culture, art, history, spirituality, depth, meaning, fun, joy and connection.
If I was to desire an experience in my imagination this would be it. I did not know it existed before I experienced it but now I can only put my hand on my heart and say, that if there is a way for you to come, you must do it!
I don’t know how much longer the world will exist in this way. For how much longer we will be able to step upon paths steeped with history, where the ecology is still telling it’s own story, where the hearts of Lovers can be opened by the landscape and by the soul of a place.
I have to stop talking poetically but it is hard!
Please join us in May. In the Amalfi. The exquisite nature of this trip is hard to describe. But it is like a love affair. Once you have tasted it you can never go back. It lives within you.

I want to be in the pool together. Under the moon. With fresh butterbean soup and lemon cake. And the mandala of roses and the scent of the mystery of God. It is all there. Truly. It all exists there!
