Back during the pandemic years, Pause Place took it’s work online.

It was actually a very beautiful and intimate time, with people from all over the world able to join us for the first time.

What was most surprising, was that even though we were not together in person, the energy was still there. The connection, the feeling, and the flow and beauty of the beyond. In other words- the mysticism.

Along side that was our human connection. The awe inspiring nature of a deeply safe space that paves the way for intimacy and honesty that heals.

These evenings left us feeling still, emotional, meaningful, and connected to something very deep and pure.

For the first time in a while, we are opening the doors to a six week online programme. This will take place on Thursday evenings from 8.30-9.30pm GMT. These evenings will not be recorded. They are live and direct and the confidentiality and privacy of each person will be protected.

There is never a pressure to share or to speak. If you do, it is because you want to.

Expect the deep heart of mysticism, poetry, healing, beauty, tenderness and honest human sharing.

Everyone is welcome. You do not need to be any particular kind of person and you can be from any background or identity or world.
