This journey is for those people who are looking for a deeper understanding of truth, both their own truth, the truth of the other and the truth of the beyond.
There is nothing more liberating than being able to speak from truth, live from truth, work from truth and create from truth
It is the step that takes you out of many directions and into one.
It consolidates, confirms, and allows ones own dignity and power to come forth and transforms the moment into a living, breathing source of meaning and energy.
The truth is in equal measure both fierce and tender. Bringing together the two worlds, it creates an embodied space for love to come forth.
The essence of this journey lays in your own commitment to the truth and the unfolding of its story in your own life.
Community is essential. As is the precision and alignment of your own being.
We hope that with joy, with magic and with wonder, this journey over the summer months will not only transform your felt experience of truth but give you the grounding, insight and presence necessary to live it.
There is no going back. There is only the one, deep, opening.

Even though it is impossible to describe or know what you will personally receive from this journey, what I can say with clarity and with absolute sincerity is that the gifts will be more profound than we could possibly imagine. When love begins to flow in our lives, miracles occur. It is not always easy and not always beautiful, but it is tender and so true and can only leave us speechless. This is about your life, and your love and your beauty and what it means for the world and what it means for the beloved. There is no greater love strory than your own life. And this journey and this work, is a testament to that.

What is this?
This is a formless experience to explore the mystery of the beyond and the mystery of your own life.
Grounded in the pure light of awareness, it is a space that sings with clarity and beauty.
Even though there is no distinct agenda, you feel for yourself the holding that is complete.
There is no “teaching” per se and no lecture.
Who is this for?
Anyone who wants to be free. To be themselves, to be honest and to be true.
This is open to all human beings, all your need is yourself and an open heart. And if your heart doesn’t feel open, that is OK too.
What will I have to do?
There is nothing that you will have to do. The space unfolds and we are all part of that unfolding. If you share, it will be because you choose to.
What will I gain from this experience?
An astonishing experience of the truth, your own and that of the other. A heart felt community that is grounded in freedom. Each person free to be themselves.
The wings to fly.
Will this journey help me both personally and professionally?
Yes, without a doubt. Whatever form of practice you have- be it healing work, work in your community, working within business or the arts or any other field, this experience will deepen and enrich what you have to offer. If you are wanting to make an impact either personally or professionally, there is nothing more impactful than your own sense of truth, presence and grounding.

Pause Place is a magical space. And it is impossible to describe in words.
Its wonder is in most part due to the commitment to stay true, to stay grounded and to be in the presence of the moment. The poetry, the music, the silence, the cups of tea and the warmth that fills the air, is part of the beauty that is experienced. But beyond that, it has to be tasted for oneself.
