Pause Place is a space of peace, truth and honesty, A place to just be without any obligations. A space to be real without judgement. A space to hold and be held, a space of freedom, where you can pause and be.
A moment in time to soften into the presence of another. A space to experience and live unconditional love.
This was a precious time centred around actual experience rather than taught form. A holistic and heart based space in which to get a palpable sense of what healing is both personal and how to offer this to others.
The Pause Place course feels like remembering something that our soul knew all along. Long forgotten wisdom that shows us compassion, love, ease and many other delicious qualities.
I feel honoured to be a Pause Place Pratitioner, being there to hold the space for another person. Exploring together the capacity inside, to be who we are in the miracle of life and what that life offers.
Pause Place unveils the true essence of presence and connection. The power of stillness and intuition. Through the sacred spaces created you are able to become more of who you truly are.

Pause Place is……The place I feared the most. The place where there is no noise, smells, compulsions and other daily distractions. There is nothing but pure space. To be with yourself, raw, naked.
Pause Place is peaceful, gently, loving, love- filled, heart-centred, healing, opening, seeing, feeling, sensing, wholeness, vulnerable, peaceful inside, emotional, all-embracing and everything in between and beyond.
Pause Place has shown me the importance to pause, take time for myself and live in the moment, here and now. It is a process and not easy but it is manifesting more and more every day.
Pause Place has been an enriching, challenging (at times), life-changing experience for me. It has shown me a way of connecting I had forgotten about, and it has inspired me to start a new career.
Pause Place has brought me home to myself. It’s allowed me to trust in my journey and my offering to life. I’ve never connected so fully to simplicity as I feel I am now. The smallest tasks now bring joy and peace.
Permission to be seen, heard, felt just as you are… Unashamed vulnerability as a way to make life-long, loving bonds… Empowerment through sharing our shadows and our shiny bits.
