At the heart of our personal suffering and the suffering of the world – indeed, at the heart of every problem we could name on the planet – is, in my opinion, just one problem: separation. The separation is primarily a separation from the truth of who we are on a spiritual level. And that core separation is what keeps us separated from one another, living from a place of fear, rather than love. For me, part of what makes Pause Place so unique and special is that it goes beyond the techniques, strategies and systems we’ve become accustomed to, straight to the core of who we really are, as individuals and collectively. And for me, this is the most important work we can be doing in support of a more beautiful future for everyone. I think everyone who’s been a part of Pause Place already would agree that the experience isn’t one that’s easy to put into words. If your goal is to bring more peace, love, joy or connection into the world through your self and your work, consider joining Pause Place.
