Pause Place is not an experience of language, words or understanding. Instead, it is a return to the innermost shore of your being. Along this path you are guided, deeper and deeper, into communion with your simplicity. The journey brings forth many experiences, some immensely joyous, some mystical and others raw. But within this dance, you are safe, anchored and held. You are accepted and you are loved, unconditionally. Pause Place has nurtured my heart and anchored, deep within me, a knowing of how to live a life devoted to love, presence and connection. I am eternally grateful, forever speechless and always humbled.
