Pause Place unveils the true essence of presence and connection. The power of stillness and intuition. Through the sacred spaces created you are able to become more of who you truly are. You are able to find the strength to face your truest self, head on and without judgement. You are able to find the courage to let go of anything that no longer serves you, and to embrace any pain that arises in the process. You learn to connect with yourself and others on a deeper level; beyond the mind, thoughts and feelings. You begin to trust the unknown, whilst honouring your unique power and offering to the world. If I had to sum up Pause Place in one word, it would be LOVE. In it’s most simple form it is purely just unconditional LOVE, the greatest gift of all!
