Pause Place is a three month Practitioner Training dedicated to the strength of Love, Presence and Connection.
Pause Place began in 2016 as a journey for people wishing to live and work with the power of love, presence and connection. From the moment it began it has blown us away.
We are delighted to announce that the Pause Place Practitioner Training will be taking place again in 2024 beginning in September.
It is a formless journey. Everyone who has taken part so far has taken a leap of faith. There is no methodology, no formula, no goals, no specific outcomes. There are few techniques and no theory. This is a space full of wonder, full of human honesty, kindness and spirituality. It is a mystical space, because it is alive with the presence of the moment but it is also thoroughly grounded. It is a safe, contained, boundaried space. It is clear, compelling and liberated. It is practical, calm and centred. It is also poetic- of course and beauty paves our way. The connections that are created between the members of the group are inexplainable. Deep, real and honest. And the possibilities that can sing forth from this adventure are boundless and limitless.
Pause Place will give you a foundation like no other. If you are looking to go on a journey that will take your breath away and remind you of what it really means and feels like to be alive, then it may be for you.
Your presence and grounding in the world will be a testament for all that you discover here.
One of the most beautiful things about Pause Place is that it honours the individual. Everyone is accepted as they are and honoured in that way. It is a discovery of your own personal freedom and what it means to live and work from a place that is true to you.

Dates for Pause Place 2024 are as follows. Each live weekend will take place at a private venue in London and the day will run from 10am- 4.30pm
Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd September
Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th October
Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th November
