This is a rare and beautiful opportunity to travel to the magical land of Morocco with Kate White and Katie Abbott to experience the Call of the Heart within your own being.
What this will mean for your own life is somewhat of a mystery. Where the heart will take you, how it will speak to you, what feelings it evokes or awakens.
For each of us this is unique. But coming together, with a group of gentle and sincere travellers, means that your heart will have the space to feel it’s own deepest calling, and together, we can discover what it means to awaken from within and to live the hearts purest devotions.
Grounded in respect, compassion and presence, Kate White and Katie Abbott both have their own unique way to care and hold for this awakening.
Through a series of spontaneous and heart led sessions, the group shall meet each day to soften, expand and explore.
Silence, poetry, the power and grace of the beyond, meditations, sharings, healings and gentle movement. We shall be surrounded by the grace of nature, incense and a feeling of deep, held safely.
As a group, we shall enjoy the luxuries of our Home together. The warm airs, the pool, the luxurious outdoor living areas and open fire within as the evening draws us closer.
We have our own cook to nourish us with three meals a day, time for rest and time for reflection.
This truly is a journey of a lifetime.

What is included in your journey to the heart of Morocco…
Seven nights at a beautiful private home
Seven nights at our beautiful, Moroccan home. Nestled in the heart of the land, surrounded by the bloom of flowers and the scent of the orient. With our own private pool, areas to rest and explore, we will be held in the most precious kind of natural beauty. All rooms on this retreat are sharing rooms, with each room being spacious and made each morning afresh.
The warmest embrace in a safe place
A warm welcome by your two guides, Kate White and Katie Abbott who will be there each step to ensure your stay allows for the complete surrender and nurture of your being. Kate and Katie will be there throughout the whole adventure- giving plenty of opportunity for group exploration and relaxing moments by the pool.
Your meals cooked lovingly and with care
Three meals a day cooked on site by our own private chef, with local knowledge and insight into traditional specialities and flavours. There will be a fresh foods selected especially for the group from the local market each morning.
The Quiet of the Dawn
The opportunity to rise early and greet the day with the sun rising. Meeting one another at this sacred hour, allowing time for the call to prayer to find us. Incense, gentle stretching and the peace of the land. Waking early is of course optional.
The Spiritual Journey Home and the Call of the Heart
Each day we shall be entering the sacred nature of our circle together. Exploring spirituality, mysticism, devotion, healing, awakening and surrender, together we shall explore the mystery that is the Call of the Heart. No experience is necessary- simply an open mind and heart…
The magic of moonlight
As evening approaches, we can soften into the quiet of the moon light. Sharing dinner together we can then sit and explore in such a way that is unconfined and free. Listening to the life around and sharing the quiet together, this is an opportunity to arrive at a place that is both liberation and illumination
Exploring the land
The opportunity to explore the surrounding nature together. Excursions to the sea, local markets and the beauty of the land. We will no doubt find the Medina together- so we can search for the beauties Morocco has to offer- from textiles to pottery, spices and oils.
The heart of community
The opportunity to be together with a group of individuals who are exactly that- individuals. Everyone has their own rhythm and their own way and freedom and space is paramount to this experience. With plenty of time together, plenty of time to rest, silence and sound, we will respect the feeling of each person and allow everyone to be as they are.
The mystery unfolding
Although we cannot guarantee what will unfold on this very special adventure, we can place our hands on our heart and say that we will be engulfed in beauty and the sacred. It is our greatest honour to welcome you and invite you on this Moroccan Retreat, to allow the mystery to unfold together….
About your guides:
Kate White and Katie Abbott both share a devotion to the unnamable beauty of life and the great mystery. Both in their own way expressing this uniquely through the whole being.
Kate is devoted to truth, simplicity and love. She facilitates healing spaces where people can rest and directly experience the radiant source of being.
Katie Abbott is the Founder of Pause Place, dedicated to the strength of love, presence and connection. Her first book of poetry was published in 2022.
What you need to do to join us…
This retreat is open to 13 guests.
The cost of this retreat is £1900 which includes the whole experience, food, accommodation and teachings. A deposit of £600 confirms your place. Payment plans are available upon request.
Please note you will need to organise your own transport to and from the venue- flights and taxis are not included in the retreat price. The arrival time is between 3 and 4pm for our opening at 5pm on the first day. On the last day we will close at 10am.
We have kept the price as low as we can to ensure accessibility and this retreat may not be offered at this rate again in the future. Now is the time to go for it if you feel the call of your heart!
