The Art of Space Holding- ONLINE training taking place from 7-9pm BST on Saturday 22nd November

THE ART OF SPACE HOLDING

ONLINE TRAINING

Calligraphy by Hassan Massoudy

I have been asked many times over the years if the Practitioner Training will be taking place online or space holding training online.

Even though some people travel to Pause Place from all over the world, it is obviously not viable for everyone.

Once again, I received another email last night and the sign in my heart was very clear, this time, yes, let’s do it.

This is a two hour session dedicated to the art of holding space and it will be taking place online via Zoom.

If you have wanted to get a sense for the work or would like to deepen your understanding, this is a beautiful opportunity.

Strangely enough, the energy of the space and the presence, does translate online. During the pandemic we were amazed at how the space felt.

I will be demonstrating the art, receiving questions, exploring together as a group and looking at the finer details, dimensions and beauty of holding space for others.

There are many ways it can be done, but I think for many, they are looking for the essence. The indefinable quality that makes the room stop. That makes everyone face their own self fully, have the breath deepen and really begin to understand what is being asked of one, what is being communicated and what is being told.

Working with love, presence and connection involves the Beloved. Respect, awe, intimacy, beauty, courage, fear, grace, tenderness. It is all included.

It is magical work for those that are willing to bring their whole selves and the beauty is, you do not need to be perfect, far from it, you only need to be willing.
