To celebrate Pause Place’s 10 year anniversary, 2026 will begin with a very special weekend gathering live in London.

This container holds the possibility of pure transformation.

Within a seemingly effortless space and in a seemingly effortless way, you will be given the opportunity to work with the sacred substance of the heart- one of depth, contrast, beauty and tenderness.

Without any pressure to perform or to be anyone, you will be invited into a space where the heart can begin to sing.

Mysticism is the art of authentically living the truth of who you are and walking upon this Earth with an attitude of devotion, clarity and presence.

This is an opportunity to be held in the depth of Winter. To prepare the ground of your own being for revelation, to begin the New Year with the heart fully aligned, grounded and awake.

Truly, there is nothing more precious than this. To welcome life into your centre, into your core and then to live it. Fully and truly.

This weekend you will be spoilt. Live cello, your own ceramic gift, made especially for the group, Persian love cake, blankets, candles, tea, poetry and incense.

If you are not really a group person- do not worry.

Your sensitivity and privacy will be protected. As will your space. To listen and to feel.

Beauty and truth awaits, and you will be so welcome. Just as you are. No questions asked.

This event will take place on the weekend of the 17th and 18th January 2026 at a private studio in Hackney Wick, East London

Arrival on each day is 9.30am and both days will run from 10am- 4.30pm
