Silence at Sutton House
An evening for rest and reflection taking place on the first Thursday of every month from 7-8pm.
Everyone welcome. This is a free event.
On the first Thursday of every month you are invited to Sutton House, the National Trust house in Hackney for an evening of rest and reflection.
The intention for this evening is to hold a space of simplicity and warmth, where everyone is welcome, just as they are.
There is no pressure to do anything, to say anything or to be anyone.
The group will gather and most likely sit in circle on chairs or if anyone prefers- to lay the body down and rest.
The evening will be guided and held by Katie Abbott, of Pause Place.
We hope that you will find nourishment, inspiration, respite and much more among.
Pause Place was founded in 2016, dedicated to the strength of love, presence and connection. Katie has been working with individuals and groups for two decades and is a respected teacher, author and poet.
THE FIRST THURSDAY OF EVERY MONTH FROM 7-8PM
