I couldn't have possibly expected what occurred during Pause Place. I was excited, but apprehensive to attend as I did not know what the program would bring. To be honest, I feel that I am doing Katie and the program an injustice by trying to put my experience into words. The experience was just so much greater than I can even comprehend. I will start off by saying that my life completely changed through Pause Place. I had never experienced what true love, presence, and connection felt like until I sat in circle with our group and each of us poured our hearts out. Every single month brought different waves, lessons, expansion, and connection. I truly couldn't recommend it more. Katie has been the most incredible guide on this path and I am eternally grateful!
