It is hard to describe what happens when we gather in that space together. There is a charged energy in the air which is reached by the opening and creation of space, silence and allowing the unfolding of the unknown. It is unlike anything I have ever experienced in a group. When we enter into this liminal world we reach into the depths of our being and even more beautifully into the depths of what is possible to feel as a collective energy.

During our last weekend the tears rolled down my cheeks every time I closed my eyes because of this energy, there was no hiding from myself- it lovingly forces you to meet yourself in all the ways. .

We have learnt the simplicity and complexity of what holding space looks like. A space which is sealed with unconditional love and acceptance. A space which is steeped in the unknown and the mystery of being. A space where you meet yourself and others in love. In openness. In holding.
