Pause Place is an invitation to something truly extraordinary. If you feel pulled... you will know it.. that's what it was like for me. 

Once you allow yourself to be swept away by the sacred energy in the group, and space so beautifully created by Katie... there is a chance to surrender and go all in, and at the same time you are completely held... what a gift. 

Life as I knew it has changed.. 

It feels like, a new way of seeing all that is.. an inner softening.. a pure gateway into becoming yourself.. an opening and expansion of the heart.. it is being lost and it is being found.. pouring out all at once of what it means to be human and at the same time retuning home to the soul.. it holds so much love and connection.. 

but even after all that is said or written.. it can never really be explained or understood with words, as it is an experience to be lived. I am so incredibly grateful for being given the opportunity to join. It gave me so much more than I could have ever dreamed of.
